KickboxHub ("we", "us", "our") operates www.kickboxhub.com. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that data.

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store these to create and maintain your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Profile data. You may optionally set a display name, profile image URL, favorite fighter, and favorite promotion. This information is stored in our database and associated with your account.

User-generated content. If you submit suggested edits for fighter profiles, we store the proposed changes, any notes you include, and link them to your account for moderation purposes.

Automatically collected data. Our server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in these circumstances:

We use a single authentication cookie (authjs.session-token) to keep you signed in. This is a strictly necessary cookie and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (EU region). Communication between your browser and our server is encrypted via HTTPS with HSTS enabled. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

7. Third-Party Services

Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, Google's own Privacy Policy applies to the data Google processes. We only receive the profile information described above.

8. Children's Privacy

KickboxHub is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
